The Bilge Kagan Inscription or the Bilge Kagan Inscription is one of the oldest inscriptions of the Turkish language. It is one of the inscriptions known as the Orkhon Inscriptions.
This inscription was erected by his own son, Tengri Kagan, one year (735) after Bilge Kagan’s death (734). The speaker in this inscription is Bilge Kagan, as in the Kul Tigin inscription.
It is located near the Orkhon River in Mongolia. The distance between the Bilge Kagan Inscription and the Kul Tigin Inscription is one kilometer. Written in Göktürk script. Some parts of it were quoted from the Kül Tigin Inscription. Unlike him, he also told the events after Kul Tigin’s death. There are also balbals around the tomb of Bilge Kagan around the Kul Tigin inscriptions. These were written by Yollug Tigin.
