Dukagjin Mirdita Fande (* 1959) is an Albanian politician and businessman. He was chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania from 2009 to 2013 and a member of parliament from 2013 to 2017. Fande is a member of the Mirdita family, an influential family in the north of Albania in the highlands.Fande was born in Orosh, Albania, and studied economics at the University of Tirana. After his studies, he worked as a businessman and founded several companies. In 1991, he joined the Democratic Party and held various positions in the party, including chairman of the Tirana branch.

In 2009, Fande was elected chairman of the Democratic Party. He led the party in the 2009 parliamentary elections, in which it won the most seats. However, Fande was not appointed Prime Minister because the Democratic Party could not form a coalition with other parties.
